My Philosophy

What is your passion in life? My passion has always been sports, in particular baseball, but throughout my life I have played just about each and every one it seems. From teaching 6 year olds to throw a ball, to teaching 30 year olds how to shoot a basketball, I love to spread my passion of sports and bring out the athlete in every individual. Just because you didn’t ever play sports in your youth doesn’t mean there isn’t an inner athlete ready to come out.

I love to train in many fashions, finding the right combination of corrective exercises, functional training, and strength training that will get my clients the best results. I strive to keep classes and 1:1 sessions fun and lighthearted with small games and competitions. My ultimate goal is to find balance in each of my clients, we all have an ideal state our body can be in and I want to get every client as close as I can to that.

As most of you know I am the owner of our mascot Winnie Pitsch the english bulldog. Feel free to give her plenty of belly rubs, scratches behind her ears, and full bear hugs as she will be very happy to receive any of these :)

"There are three types of baseball players: Those who make it happen, those who watch it happen and those who wonder how it happens."
