Midday Utilization March
The week of March 27th-31st, last week of the month, your P4L coaches will be available for sample 1:1 sessions for anyone who has not tried 1:1 training at Perform for Life before!
This means small group clients, friends, family, anyone who can make one of these times who isn’t a 1:1 client already it will be first come first serve. These midday times are our most open hours for training so you have the gym nearly to yourself. If you sign up for a package during one of these times you will receive a complimentary session with either your trainer, Bob, or Erin! Email Anthony if you’d like to book a session with one of the coaches!
