My Philosophy

I believe that exercise seeps into all aspects of a person’s life, and therefore, it should be treated as a top priority. For me, being happy means being healthy both physically and mentally. From my own fitness journey and having the opportunity to help others, I’ve come to the conclusion that we are all capable of so much more than we think.


As a fitness professional, I want to do my absolute best to help my clients push themselves to reach their goals in a safe and proper manner. It’s important to me that all clients’ goals be respected, because there is no one, correct way to workout. In terms of exercise, I understand that everyone has a different path and goal, and it’s my job to help the client on their fitness journey the best as I can.

MY STORY

Growing up, I’ve lost some of the most important people in my life due to health complications. Unfortunately, there are many times in life when one cannot control their own health, but I made myself a promise a long time ago that I would always take action to control the things that are in my power.

There have been times in my life where I’ve been very frustrated or angry, and exercise has provided me comfort and happiness. Whether it’s running a half marathon with my uncle or rock climbing in Joshua Tree with my best friend, I am thankful for all of the awesome experiences I have had, and will have, while working out and staying healthy.

In 2015, I moved to San Francisco to finish up college at the University of San Francisco. One year later, I found P4L and realized that personal training is a perfect fit. It’s allowed me to combine my passion for exercise with a career that I love. It’s been such a rewarding experience learning about how to help clients and I am excited to continue on this incredible journey.
