My Philosophy

I believe that exercise seeps into all aspects of a person’s life, and therefore, it should be treated as a top priority. For me, being happy means being healthy both physically and mentally.

From my own fitness journey and having the opportunity to help others, I’ve come to the conclusion that we are all capable of so much more than we think. As a fitness professional, I want to do my absolute best to help my P4L athletes push themselves to reach their goals in a safe and proper manner. It’s important to me that all P4L athletes’ goals are respected, because there is no one correct way to workout, there are grey areas. In terms of exercise, I understand that everyone has a different path and goal, and it’s my job to help you on your personal fitness journey the best I can.


Growing up, I’ve lost some of the most important people in my life, including my father, due to health complications. While I understand that life threatening disease may come unexpectedly I made a promise to myself a long time ago that I would always take action to control the components to health that are in my power.

Through those emotionally challenging hardships, filled with frustration or anger, exercise has grounded me and provided me comfort and happiness. Whether it’s running a half marathon with my uncle or rock climbing in Joshua Tree with my best friend, I am thankful to be able to use exercise to spend time with my loved ones before it’s too late.

A year after I moved to San Francisco to finish my Kinesiology degree at the University of San Francisco, I found P4L and was amazed by how personal training allowed me to combine my passion for exercise with a career. It’s been such a rewarding experience continuing to learn and I am excited to continue this incredible journey of helping others in our P4L community live their best life.
