My philosophy 

At a young age, I learned the importance of staying active and how activity is even more important as we get older. Being able to live life to the fullest is a huge part of why I spend a great deal of my time exercising and maintaining a high level of fitness. Growing up, I was shy and I still am to an extent. However, staying active and participating in sports boosted my self-confidence which has allowed me to open up. In my province in Ireland, I played badminton at the competitive level which took a lot of hard work but it gave me so much in return. Badminton and I will always be lifelong friends. Exercise and sport has allowed me to achieve some of my most proud and most fulfilling moments in life.

As I got older and began to take notice of more things around me, I realized exercise was sometimes put on the backburner by others, including some of my friends. When I began to work out a lot more, I saw how weight training was one of the most effective ways for people to get in shape. It helped me to do so and it has always been a great way to relieve stress. Eventually, my training lead me to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Health Studies, as well as my Personal Training certification in college. Now that I have expanded my knowledge and furthered my passion for health and fitness, I’m excited to share it with others to help them experience the same benefits that I have experienced - mentally and physically.


Now a large part of my own training, I believe strength training is one of the best forms of exercise. Although, I like to incorporate other types of training and accessory work into my sessions as well to utilize the different styles of training. High-intensity training is also important to me because I like to feel that I got a good workout in, and nothing worthwhile comes easy. Lastly, educating others about health and wellness is a passion of mine. Teaching people how to maintain their own health is important throughout life, so everyone should learn effective ways to do this!
