My Philosophy 

The experiences brought to me by the many Strength Coaches throughout my life, along with my background as a Kinesiology major and Division I baseball player have shaped how I view fitness. Whether you just want to feel fully functional and comfortable in your body or you want to improve your 40 yard dash, I’ve not only helped others do this but have personally worked with professionals and clinicians to work on these myself. I’m passionate about creating an enjoyable environment so that every athlete looks forward to their next workout. Teamwork is key in accomplishing goals, and I want to be on your team. Together we can develop a plan of action and execution to accomplish almost any goal.


When I first got into high school, my older brother forced me to tag along to his mandatory summer football workouts- that was the first moment I got introduced to training. I dreaded it, especially since I was the only freshman there amongst the upper classmen, but looking back at it, I thank him for dragging me along with him that first day. From that day on, I haven’t looked back- what once an activity I had anxiety about became what I look forward to everyday, working out. The gym became a place for me to get away and exercise is still therapeautic for me, that’s something I want every athlete who comes through our doors to feel like. I also used the gym and working out as a tool to improve my sports performance, mainly baseball, which I ended up playing in college. I’ve also experienced many sides of exercise, including corrective exercise since I’ve had to rehab several injuries throughout my career. I’ve had great relationships with all the professionals that helped me along the way and want to be able to have that same kind of influence on athletes that come to Perform for Life.

Also, as most of you know I am the owner of our mascot Winnie Pitsch the english bulldog. Feel free to give her plenty of belly rubs and scratches behind her ears as she will be very happy to receive any of these :)
