Our specialities are: strength and conditioning, preventative injury, and athletic performance. The first step is to get assessed. See where your body is at and how we can help it move better.
Following the assessment, we move into these 3 phases: resilience, strength and endurance, and finally, speed and power.
This is the foundational phase. Our focus during this foundational phase is to prevent injury and build a resilient body.
Now that your foundation is strong, we work on building strength and endurance that will help support your fight game.
It's showtime. You've got the resilience, strength, and endurance. Last but not least, we finish with sport-specific speed and power.
