How Can a Corporate Wellness Program effect a Company?
Employee responsibilities take up most of the billable hours in a given work day. However, many of San Francisco’s most innovative companies are integrating wellness programs into company culture to save money, improve employee health, and increase productivity company-wide.
For every $1 spent per year on wellness programs, medical costs drop by $3.27 and absenteeism costs drop by $2.73 (Katherine Baicker, Harvard School of Public Health).
