At P4L we are offering a FREE nutrition workshop on 1/17 (from 6-7pm) with our Registered Dietitian. Here you will learn strategies on planning ahead and how to confidently navigate your way through the work lunch to avoid the afternoon slump.

She's a former collegiate athlete, successful Registered Dietician, and now here to help you learn the ins and outs of keeping up with a healthy, balanced diet. She is dedicated to keeping up with the latest nutrition research to help you sift through the misinformation in the media, so come join us on January 17, 2017!
