Every sport and most training programs have repetitive motions that cause stressful imbalances on the body. The greatest predictor of injury (besides previous injury) is poor motor control, muscular imbalances, bad posture, and incorrect form. Our professionals make sure to assess your body with our advanced assessment that looks at all-round movement to understand what we need to address in your training program.
After the assessment, we create an individualized training program to focus on your struggle areas. We continue to reassess every 4-6 weeks and refine your exercises throughout the training program to ensure we improve your movement and strength ratios.
