Confirm your interest in our nutrition counseling services. From there, we'll confirm your 3-month package.
STEP 2 : FOOD LOGGING
Track your food for a minimum of one week and fill out the questionnaire before your initial consultation.
STEP 3 : LET'S MEET
We're ready to meet you now that we've built a foundation. We'll schedule you for a consultation that will last about 30 - 60 mins.
1 SESSION / MONTH
This is a 3-month commitment, but you have the freedom to cancel at any time. This 90-day structure helps you build the foundation for your lifestyle and helps build long-lasting healthy habits. Additionally, every plan the following:
- E-Mail check-ins.
- In-person meetings at the gym or video call sessions.
- Discuss strategies for implementing behavioral change.
- One InBody per session to help track where you are at.
- Food journal analysis and tracking guidance.
- Goal setting to achieve body composition goals.
