Track your food for a minimum of one week and fill out the questionnaire before your initial consultation.

We're ready to meet you now that we've built a foundation. We'll schedule you for a consultation that will last about 30 - 60 mins.

This is a 3-month commitment, but you have the freedom to cancel at any time. This 90-day structure helps you build the foundation for your lifestyle and helps build long-lasting healthy habits. Additionally, every plan includes the following:

  • E-Mail check-ins.
  • In-person meetings at the gym or video call sessions.
  • Discuss strategies for implementing behavioral change.
  • One InBody per session to help track where you are at.
  • Food journal analysis and tracking guidance.
  • Goal setting to achieve body composition goals.

We're also happy to announce that we have partnered with Thistle to get you discounted and delicious plant-based meals for those on the go! We've also created this free nutrition e-book to help answer some frequently asked questions about nutrition, diets, and lifestyle.
