RESULTS-DRIVEN GROUP TRAINING

Needing a fitness solution that is somewhere in between personal training and small group classes? Shared personal training might just be the right fit for you! The energy and community feel of small group but with a more personalized approach and focused attention. These are advanced level fitness classes that focus on the big 8 : squats, front squats, deadlift, overhead press, incline press, bench press, dips, and chin-ups. Your Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) will take you through a structured program focused on building strength, burning fat, and balancing out your strength ratios in all major strength exercises.

*Equipment Used: barbell, dip bar, pull-up bar, bench press, dumbbells, and cables.

*April 2018 Update: You will now be able to see shared personal training classes if you look at May's schedule.

THE ASSESSMENT

Shared personal training is recommended for anyone has been strength training for at least 1 year. If you're not sure if it's the right fit for you, our 50-minute Strength Assessment is recommended to see where your baseline is and how your body moves doing the big 8 exercises: a squat, front squat, deadlift, overhead press, incline press, bench press, dip, and chin-up. A movement specialist will evaluate you and determine whether shared personal training is a good fit for you, and then you're ready to go!
